Date and location

The 4th GREAT Plenary Meeting of will take place on June 21-23, 2011. The Université Libre de Bruxelles will host the meeting in the Solvay room, NO building, Plaine Campus.

Accommodation

End of June is a busy season in Brussels so you are advised to book your room ahead of time. We got a special rate for 35 rooms at Lambermont Hotel. The rate is 112 EUR per night (with breakfast included). The block reservation will be held till March 1, 2011. Contact the hotel directly and mention "ULB-GREAT" to get the negotiated rate.

A number of alternative accomodations can be found on Hotels.com and B&B-Brussels.

Finally, the web site of Brussels public transportation company (STIB) can help you figure out the itinerary between your hotel and the meeting place location.
